When something broke up. »
Dammit you guys :/ You could have warned me that restoring firmware can brick my phone! I have no idea what to do now, it turns on, blinks and turns off immediately. I have tried removing the battery, flashing again as described in my ZENITH DVD5201 Service manual, restoring factory settings. Phone seems pretty messed up now. For those fresh with my case let me describe you what steps I have made so far.

It all started when I tried to change firmware using service packages (procedure from my BAUKNECHT Service manual, so: disconnecting battery, connecting,loading Phoenix (from PhoenixSlayer), selecting NO CONNECTION, then flashing prommer, selecting firmware. In the middle of service procedure – bam – cellphone reboots and turns off immediately.
I then tried to proceed with flashing as described in service manual – I turned off the phone again, disconnected battery, and upgraded in N/C mode this time with Refubrish rather than Restore User Product… it looked like it was kind of working – the phone started up ok… but it took about a minute before it turned off again in the same way. Tried few more times – no luck so far.
I am really confused right now – I have followed Service Manual exactly and I was sure it won’t let me brick my device… what should I do? Inb4: “read service manual”, “you’re an idiot”, ‘RTFM”. I REALLY TRIED.
